New Song Flevoland was born out of the merger of two churches: New Song Amsterdam and New Song Lelystad. Since January 8, 2023, these congregations have been holding joint services, alternating between Sundays in Amsterdam and Sundays in Lelystad. Trusting in God’s plan, they continually prayed for a permanent location in Almere, a city perfectly situated between Amsterdam and Lelystad.

In a remarkable way, through prayer and devotion to the Holy Spirit, the merger went smoothly, as did the collaboration between Pastor Hedwig and his wife Solange, and Pastor Willy and his wife Zurelka.

God answered their prayers and opened doors to a gathering place in Almere. On October 1, 2023, the first service was held there, led by Apostle Welton “Papi” Esprit. Since that day, the church has experienced rapid growth, with the Lord adding more and more people to their community.
